For these topics and others related to them Ana designs and facilitates trainings, group and executive coaching. She utilizes her knowledge and experience in psychology in her daily practice as coach, corporate trainer and mentor. Ana works with c-suite executives, directors and middle managers in topics such as: self-development, team development, team detox, building trust, team work around collaboration, performance and accountability, feedback culture. In her work she utilizes a systemic approach, including body awareness and systems thinking, promoting and creating possibilities for change and evolution through the implementation of powerful practices that also spark creativity, intuition and well being.

She has served many types of industries, including: telecommunications, hotels and gastronomy, automotive, defense, manufacturing, energy, retail, healthcare and hospitals, tax, banks. Ana has lived in four countries and loves the outdoors and traveling, not only for new sights but especially for the people she meets and the diversity this brings to her life.
