Bert Regeer has over 25 years of hands-on and leadership experience. He has lead teams on national, European and global levels. Bert has extensive experience in change management, including addressing business needs, organisational design, leadership culture, staff competencies, efficient work processes and team behaviors.

Since 2016, Bert runs his own company, and working closely with Base, supporting clients on various leadership aspects. He is a trusted advisor of senior management in a range of companies.
