Yet, legally speaking, that’s not enough. Please find our complete privacy policy below. If you have any questions about this, you can always email us at info@baseacademy.world.

Section 2: Personal data at registration
If you register for one of our products or services, we will ask you for some strictly necessary data to deliver the best service possible. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we need and why:

  • First and last name: So we know who participates in the program or event. And to make sure that you are not a robot.
  • E-mail: This is where we send you information on how to participate online or live. It also allows us to send extra material after the event, so you learn even more.
  • Postal address: This will only be used in case of physical bonus material like books or suprise boxes as part of the program or event.
  • Company name: We will use this information to add to your personalized badge when you participate in programs or events.
  • Mobile phone number: Only for emergencies and for last-minute alerts in case you have indicated to receive them by phone.
  • Participation history: We keep track of where you’ve been so we can inform you about new products or services that could inspire you.

Furthermore, we mainly save your billing data so you don’t have to insert that every time you register.

We also use your details for the following:

  • Customer services: So that we can reach and address you properly when you contact us through phone, email (see contact details) or chat.
  • Newsletters: At Base Academy our motto is ‘Share Wisdom’ and the content we share in our newsletters aims to be directly applicable to your day-to-day leadership activities. You can unsubscribe with one click under every newsletter.
  • Reviews: We use them in two ways: to inspire others and to keep us sharp. We really appreciate reviews, as shared experiences allows other people to understand what to expect and get inspired to explore our products and services. We always ask for your consent before we publish them, and appreciate your input for our own learning and growth.

We collect this information when you:
